The members of the Joint Community Leadership Council
(JCLC) are applauded for their community commitment in
setting the vision for leading and nurturing future leaders of the
INGA Association.  Serving on the JCLC is a voluntary civic
duty, personal decision and  community responsibilities to
honor: A decision is made with the brain. A commitment is
made with the heart. Thus a commitment is much deeper
and more binding than a decision.
