She is actively involved in health education and prevention of many diseases that affect African-american communities including HIV, Hepatitis C, and Diabetes. She received a BS degree in Biological Sciences (Genetics) from California State University, Stanislaus and a Masters of Public Health in Health Education and Maternal and Child Health from Loma Linda University. She is originally from Cameroon. 4) Community leadership advantages: Reasons to become the next President of the INGA Association. By Mr. Delphin B. Kyubwa. Mr. Kyubwa is an Information Technology Manager with the California State government. Received a BS in Computer Engineering from Sacramento State and a Master's degree in Technology Management from Golden Gate. Current President of both the INGA Association and the Framework of Support for Development Actions in Congo (CAADEC Association). Board Member of the Center for African Peace and Conflict Resolution at Sacto State University. |
